About The Role

Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Working as an M&E Design Trainee you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from our skilled Design Team on some of the most technically challenging and diverse AV Projects anywhere in the industry. You will be involved in the full range of tasks to grow and develop your knowledge and skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for an M&E Design Trainee to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

 

Key Responsibilities

The key tasks outlined below are indicative of the starting position but will build with the trainee’s development:

  • M&E Design of AV Systems using AutoCAD
  • An understanding of the technology behind the equipment and associated interfacing
  • Design of custom metalwork and be involved in bespoke engineering solutions.
  • Adherence to the quality of design team processes and standards.

  • Application of an agile approach to deliver and prioritise task within an identified timeframe
 

Desirable Skills

  • Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams.
  • Effective communicator.
  • A positive, enthusiastic and can-do approach to delivering the role
  • A “people person” with effective soft skills
