About The Role

Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Credit Controller to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for dealing with all aspects of business to consumer credit control and assisting with the smooth running of the Accounts department in accordance with the below responsibilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Credit Controller to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a high volume of accounts
  • Chasing a high volume of debt via telephone, letter and email
  • Dealing with a high volume of inbound queries
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets using MS Excel
  • International / Multi currency cash collection
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure all documentation has full sign off ensuring debt can be chased successfully
  • Process and allocate all receipts on a daily basis and perform all reconciliations as appropriate
  • Ability to keep to strict time lines and able to complete month end paperwork efficiently
  • Experience with settling debts within a timely manner and being proactive to resolve issues
  • Calculate the bad debt provision
  • Provide information to the Financial Controller regarding debtor days, risk situations and performance against calculations.
