About The Role

Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to be a key part of our London team, representing proAV and working onsite, taking full responsibility for underpinning the AV service from a technical perspective in collaboration with the client UC & IT teams and relevant 3rd party / manufactures, management of estate firmware, change control activities, Level 3 technical issues, coordination of repairs with proAV Helpdesk, root cause, diagnoses and resolutions.

One of many openings available at proAV (who have over 500 team members globally), this position is based within our end user’s organisation who continue to invest in state-of-the-art technologies, services, and training.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Technical Service Delivery Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical support of all installed systems
  • Act as Level 2/3 support for dedicated onsite teams
    • Fault triage & identification
    • Validation of Faults
    • Implement work arounds in the event of system failures
  • Oversee / coordination & management of incidents
  • Troubleshoot AV related technology issues to complete resolution
  • Assist with the development / creation site documentation for fault triage & escalations through to proAV help desk
  • Assist with the development / creation SOP’s
  • Oversee complex events
  • Ensure all incident tickets are tracked in real time + client kept up to date
  • Assist with coordination & manage repairs via proAV help desk teams
  • Coordination and ownership of Software / Firmware upgrades / processes in line with FBD Change Control
  • Ensure all equipment faults and requests are reported via the correct onsite procedures
  • Identify 3rd parties service providers, i.e. M&E, IT and formalise support models across the groups
  • Assist with ad hoc changes and moves
  • Manage critical spares stock report for site
  • Implement / manage PMV plans
  • Generate daily reports for onsite teams to test, check and ensure equipment is in operable condition prior to any meeting or presentations
  • Create Monthly MI Reports
  • Continual technical training and support for onsite AV Technicians
