About The Role

Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Senior Onsite Resource Manager to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for the inductions, deployment, management, development, and technical alignment of proAV site-based associates.

This role is key to the ongoing development of our managed services division, ensuring they are developing and maintaining site documentations, following training guidelines using our learning platforms and technically proficient to support the site technologies.

Reporting to the Global Resource and Development Manager to support all aspects of the onsite operations in various locations in conjunction with the commercial account managers and service delivery team.

The role will be remote based, however a generous presence on our client sites will be essential, so a flexible approach is also essential in the successful delivery of this new opportunity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional, experienced Senior Onsite Resource Manager to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct line management and support of onsite FM associates where onsite leadership is not present.
  • Team development, mentoring and training adherence and policy guidance support.
  • Interview and selection process for new technicians (working alongside proAV recruitment and resourcing teams).
  • Technical Induction process for new technicians.
  • Technical and process alignment with FM assignments, ensuring onsite deployments are aligned and any skills gaps identified.
  • Ensuring a coordinated approach is undertaken with all proAV project deployments where FM services will be engaged to ensure they are aligned and managed.
  • Supporting site specific documentation.
  • Working closely with HR with regard to probations, disciplinary processes, performance management.
  • Close liaison with Account Managers with respect to all ongoing contract expectations and deliverables.
  • Attendance of client meetings aligned with account management.
  • Coordination with recruitment and HR teams for contract creation and staff issues.
  • To gain a thorough understanding of individual site requirements both technically and operationally.
  • Identification of gaps in service delivery along with recommendations.
  • Service improvement initiatives.
