About The Role

Role Overview

proAV are a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships globally.

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Commercial Estimating Administrator to be a key part of our Egham team, representing proAV, taking full responsibility for providing commercial support and engagement with regards to outbound quotes and tenders working as part of the technical estimating team.

A great opportunity to join the fast-paced Pre-Sales team at proAV with excellent career progression. The Commercial Estimating Administrator will progress from assisting the experienced estimating team members to producing client ready documents for proAV’s projects and tenders.

Experience and seniority of the position will be reflected by the remuneration and benefits package.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Completion of outbound quotes from a commercial perspective.
  • Engagement with supply chain partners to ensure best pricing is achieved.
  • Completion of online deal registration portals to register proAV’s interests with certain manufacturers and opportunities.
  • Compiling commercial reports to the sales team.
  • Non-Technical training on manufacturers portals and deal platforms.
  • Liaising with supply chain on opportunities current statuses.
  • Updating internal price lists with current pricing information.
  • Attending supplier and manufacturer commercial meetings
  • Setting up excel documents ready for pricing population
